The intervention takes shape as a compact and measured volume, designed to integrate discreetly within a strongly characterized environment. The composition favors formal simplicity, allowing proportions, openings, and the relationship with the outdoors to define the identity of the space.
Inside, the design language remains coherent and continuous: natural, textured surfaces envelop the interiors, creating an intimate yet highly functional atmosphere. Furnishings are fully integrated and custom-designed, helping to optimize the space while establishing a clear and orderly architectural system.
Natural light becomes a central element of the project, filtering through the openings and creating a constant connection with the surrounding landscape. Artificial lighting, discreet and precise, accompanies the interiors without altering their balance.
The result is an essential and contemporary living space, conceived to enhance the relationship with the water and the surrounding environment, where function, materiality, and atmosphere come together in a coherent and deeply distinctive architectural expression.
